Video number 1 is a paddling technique video, 39 mins. long. This has dry land technique explanation demonstrated on the paddle one machine coupled with narrated footage of top professional racers in action.

Video number 2 is a power routine, 39 mins. long . This covers the essentials of the power building exercises that will help take the serious paddler to the next level.

Video number 3 is a cardio medley routine, 53 mins. long. This is meant to be used to accompany you as you work indoors on those long cold, winter days. It focuses on intervals on four basic machines; The concept 11 rower, The Schwinn Airdyne, The paddle one Canoe and Kayak machines, plus speed bag work, rope jumping, sliding board, AB work and kettleballs.

The sound quality of the DVD's is not great and the video is amature, but the information is great. We at J&J  recommend the technique tape for the information contained in it. Good for intermediate to advanced paddlers.
